Reply:Well I do not have a direct answer for you. My sons middle name is Skyzer. I wanted something unique and family oriented. His name is a combination of his 2 cousins names, Sky-lyn and Alexander. His first name is also my name backwards.

Think about what the initials will be. His first initial will be "A" and if his last name starts with an "S" he could be in trouble with teasing for the word it spells. So make sure the middle initial along with the first and last, make a nice combination, and don't spell anything bad.





Then look at syllables. Antheny (unusual spelling...if you use it, people will spell his name wrong, but he will be unique) is a three syllable name. I would go for a short middle name.





Also, Antheny ends in a vowel sound, so it would be best if his middle name starts with a consonant (saying something like "Antheny Ethan" becomes hard to figure out where one name stops, and the other starts).





Another idea, is if there is a man in your family, from history, or from literature, that you admire for their qualities, and would like your son to have those qualities, you could use that name.
