just use fake ones, if you're really that concerned. or initials. or nicknames. or codenames. How would they know if youre not giving your real name?
Where can I find a free email provider that doesn't request a first/last name during sign up?
ALL email providers are required by law to obtain personal information about anyone using their service. This is to protect the whole internet from spammers and scam emails. Unless you have anything to hide this should not bother you. It is an imprisonable offence to use false names.
