She knows my name, my business, my clients, my everything, but won't give me her name. Should I tell her we have to meet or say goodbye?

This whole world focuses on being careful of dating online. women get killed - children get taken.... She is being really careful. Someone is telling her to be really careful. Maybe she's not as into you as you are into her and she doesn't want you to know much about her!! Leave her alone!

It's not an either/or situation and you certainly don't have to explain yourself to her, just cut off communications...she obviously isn't that interested but is just racking up "notches" on her belt.
