How do I remove my first and last real name from my 360 ID page?

I have followed the instructions to make the changes and make my ID user name on 360 as: Brin. I have saved the changes. However, the changes never happen and my real name remains. I have followed the instructions and they have not worked. I want to correct this or I may have to delete my 360 account. Thanks for any help.

If your first and last name appear below your profile picture then it may not be visible to anyone but you. If this is the case you can check it by clicking on "My Page" in the top navigation bar. There is a yellow box at the top right of the page "Preview as seen by " you can check to see what your page looks like to the public or by friends.

It can be done because my name on 360 is Star Dolittle and both are fake
Reply:You have to put something in the real name and nickname fields. It can be fake or real, but the key here is that something has to be in all fields that have a red asterisk next to it. Otherwise, the page will not save your changes.





Also, you have to make sure to set the permission dropdown to the right of each section. So, for the real name, if you don't want people to see it. Then, set the permission to "Just Me (Private)."





If you go to the "My Page" and see it - first it's in "Edit" mode and secondly, you set the permission so that only you can see it. So, make sure to check how other people view your page by clicking on the drop down menu "Preview as seen by" at the top right of your 360 "My Page."
