Sure. Generally, they'll have you sign your real name and a/k/a (also known as) your other name.

Talk with the bank tell them ahead of time you want to sign your nickname to your checks you should be able to... like for me my name is dorothy but i sign Dottie on my checks and my bank has no problem with it.... like i said just give them a heads up so they dont think someone stole your checks
