Two guys that liked/likes/interested in me and I met them really informally never address me by my first name...how come?

It might be a respect thing!
Sometimes when people call me Mrs (last name), I will say to them, "Please just call me (first name)"
Perhaps they're just waiting for you to give your permission.
The other long shot possibility is that they either didn't catch your first name or they've forgotten it!
