Go over to the courthouse and ask for a form called something to the effect Name Change. Fill it out, pay the fee, see the judge, and file the final papers. It is very easy. It could cost anywhere from $100-$200 depending where you live and what country you are living in. I gave the amount for the USA in general. Here in California it is $199
